- US power adapter
- Quick-start setup card
- 1-Year Authorized Warranty card
VSeeBox Setup, Step by Step
Follow these four steps and you will be watching in minutes. Each step applies to both the V6 Max and the V6 Plus.
1. Plug in HDMI and power
Connect the included HDMI cable from the box to your TV, then plug in the power adapter. Switch your TV to the correct HDMI input.
2. Connect to Wi-Fi 6 or Ethernet
Choose your network and enter your password, or plug in an Ethernet cable. The dual-band Wi-Fi 6 holds a strong signal even far from the router.
3. Pair the backlit voice remote
Insert the batteries and hold the pairing button. The on-screen prompt confirms the connection, and voice search is ready to use.
4. Sign in and add your apps
Sign in with your Google account and install the apps you choose from the Play Store. You are ready to watch in minutes.
The VSeeBox Backlit Voice Remote
The included remote is one of the biggest reasons owners upgrade. Backlit keys light up in low light, the dedicated mic button launches voice search, and the build is solid, not mushy.
Backlit keys
Lights up automatically in dark rooms so you never hunt for a button.
Voice search
Press the mic button and speak to search across installed apps instantly.
Dedicated app keys
Quick-launch your most-used apps without scrolling menus.
Bluetooth pairing
No line of sight required once paired. Point it anywhere in the room.
Common VSeeBox Setup Issues and Fixes
No picture on the TV
Confirm the TV is on the correct HDMI input and the HDMI cable is seated at both ends. Try a different HDMI port. The VSeeBox outputs up to 8K, so a 4K or 8K-capable HDMI port is ideal.
Wi-Fi will not connect
Double-check the password and move the box closer to the router during setup. If it still fails, use the Gigabit Ethernet port for the most stable connection, then revisit Wi-Fi later.
Remote is not responding
Re-seat the batteries and re-pair using the pairing button. Bluetooth pairing means line of sight is not required, but the box should be powered on and awake.
Apps will not install
Make sure you are signed in to your Google account and that your Wi-Fi connection is stable. Restart the box once if the Play Store is slow to load.
