The device ships with the factory Android operating system and access to the Google Play Store. You are solely responsible for installing any applications and for ensuring that you only access content you are legally authorized to view. We take no responsibility for how the device is used after purchase.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States may be refused or cancelled at our discretion. We do not offer international shipping. Free shipping applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

6. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card details are always encrypted and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of our service without express written permission.

Every VSeeBox unit we sell is genuine, brand-new, and backed by a 1-Year Authorized Warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled by our support team.
