Shop with confidence at VSeeBoxLive! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging.

To qualify for a return

• Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be unopened and unused.
• Original packaging and accessories must be included.
• Contact our support team before returning an item.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Opened or Used Products

Opened or used devices cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind or personal preference. If your device has a problem, don't worry! Our warranty support team is here to help.

Defective Products & Warranty Replacements

Your VSeeBox includes a 1-year limited warranty. If your device has a covered defect, contact our support team for assistance.

Customers are responsible for shipping the defective device back to us, except where otherwise required.

Once we receive and confirm the defective device, we'll send a brand-new replacement at no additional charge.

VSeeBoxLive covers the shipping cost of your replacement.
