What's the requirements for using the vSeebox?
All you need is a TV or monitor with an HDMI port and a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection to set up your vSeeBox. For the best streaming experience, we recommend an Ethernet connection with at least 15Mbps speed.
Do I need a VPN when using the Vseebox?
A VPN is not required to use vSeeBox.
Can I install any other Apps on the vSeebox?
Yes, absolutely! vSeeBox is fully compatible with the Google Android TV system. For the best performance, we recommend downloading official apps directly from the Google Play Store.
What Internet Speeds do I need in order to use the vSeebox?
For a smooth streaming experience, we recommend a network speed of at least 15Mbps. For optimal stability and speed, an Ethernet connection is preferred over Wi-Fi.
When streaming VOD, you can adjust the picture quality based on your network speed. For high-quality streaming, a minimum of 15Mbps is recommended to avoid buffering. For 4K/UHD content in Heat VOD Ultra, we suggest a network speed of at least 25Mbps for the best performance.
What channels does it have?

How to update my vSeebox?
